Client FTP
Select the link below
to be directed to the secure FTP site. Please allow several seconds
for the password log box to be displayed. Once displayed, enter the
password and select OK. If your screen indicates that the page
cannot be displayed, please complete the following steps:

Select the REFRESH icon on your web
browser. Again, wait for several seconds for the password log on box
to be displayed. If your screen once again indicates that the page
cannot be displayed, please complete the following:

| On the web browser tool
bar at the top of your screen, select TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS, and the
ADVANCED tab. Scroll down under the browsing section and make certain
the USE PASSIVE FTP option is checked. Then select OK. Once
completed, select the FTP link again. If your screen again indicates
that the page cannot be displayed, select the REFRESH icon once again and this
should allow for the password log on box to be displayed. |
