Jeff Sachs – Managing Partner.  Mr. Sachs’ career spans nearly 20 years specializing in real estate development consulting with a specialty in public-private partnership consulting.  Prior to forming SAG, Mr. Sachs was a practice leader with Ernst & Young’s real estate consulting group.  Prior to joining E&Y, Mr. Sachs was the Atlanta office manager of KPMG Peat Marwick’s real estate and hospitality consulting group.  Mr. Sachs received his Masters and Bachelors Degrees from The University of Iowa.

Tony Peterman – Partner.  Mr. Peterman’s career spans nearly 20 years specializing in real estate development consulting with a specialty in financial modeling, market research, and statistical analysis.  Prior to forming SAG, Mr. Peterman was a Manager with Ernst & Young’s real estate consulting group.  Before working with Ernst & Young, Mr. Peterman was a member of KPMG Peat Marwick’s real estate and hospitality group.  Mr. Peterman received his Masters of Science from West Virginia University and his Bachelors of Science degree in Quantitative Business Analysis from The Pennsylvania State University.

Tom Reifert – Partner.  Mr. Reifert’s career spans nearly 15 years working for both public companies and as a real estate consultant.  Mr. Reifert specializes in market research, operations improvement programs and asset management.  Mr. Reifert has been with SAG for 8 years.  Prior to joining SAG Mr. Reifert worked for Marriott International.  Mr. Reifert received his Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University.
